NRTC’s Education and Training Department offers a number of courses designed to help you provide telecommunications products and services to your customers. Courses are offered to members about new and existing products including:

• Satellite consumer equipment installation,
• Customer service,
• Features for Internet services,
• Basic e-commerce and
• Personal computer support

NRTC offers its members a variety of training to help them be more successful:

Face-to-Face Training:

We've trained hundreds of rural utility managers and employees across the country and consistently receive positive reviews from our students.

Distance Learning:

NRTC offers both webcast and self-paced online learning opportunities.

Our Online Learning Center contains self-paced training for members involved with our various business lines.

In addition, members may choose to attend industry training provided by the Satellite Broadcast and Communications Association (SBCA).
